Reaching out is often the hardest part, especially when you are used to handling everything yourself. Whether you are ready to schedule or simply have questions, I invite you to a low-pressure consultation to explore if this is the right space for you—no commitment required.

Don't let questions stand in the way of getting the care you deserve.
During the free 15-minute consultation, we simply have a conversation to see if we are a good fit. It is a low-pressure space for you to share a little about what you are facing—whether that is anxiety, relationship stress, or burnout—and ask any questions you have about how I work. The goal is not to start therapy instantly, but to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in choosing me as your therapist.
I operate as an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. This choice allows me to keep your care strictly private and personalized, rather than limiting our work to what insurance companies dictate. However, I provide a monthly document called a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance plan. Many clients find they can get reimbursed for a portion of the cost using their out-of-network benefits.
Willow & Stone Counseling is located in the DFW Metroplex, with office spaces in Addison and Highland Park. I offer in-person sessions at these locations for clients who prefer a quiet, neutral space to disconnect from the world. If you live elsewhere in Texas or have a busy schedule, I also offer secure virtual therapy sessions so you can get support from the comfort of your own home.
You can determine if you need individual or couples therapy by looking at the source of your stress. If your main struggles are internal—like racing thoughts, past trauma, or feeling "wired"—individual work is likely the best starting point. If your distress is mostly coming from conflict or distance with your partner, couples therapy is usually the right path. We can also discuss this during your consultation to decide which format will give you the most relief.
You can usually schedule your first appointment within one to two weeks of our initial chat. I know that when you reach out, you are often ready for relief right now. I do my best to offer appointment times that work for busy professionals. The first step is simply filling out the contact form so we can set up our brief consultation and get your first session on the calendar.

Change is inevitable, but growth is a choice. Whether you are navigating a new culture, a career shift, or a relationship struggle, I am here to help you stay grounded in what is
